My brother seems to think that I will need to register my hands as deadly wepons when I get my black belt. Is this true? I live in Pennsylvania (mabey its a state law :?:

I live in Pennsylvania too, and a few buds o' mine said that since they are black belts they have some sorta law or something like that.....
